New Moon Circle, April 22, 2020

Hello all you Beautiful Beings!
I am thinking of you all on this snowy Colorado day. Staring into the fire in my fireplace, soaking up the intelligent way my cat languishes in front of its warm blaze, I feel inspired to create a circle experience in which we can sit around the virtual “fire” together and commune.  

The deeper we move into this pandemic experience, the more reliant we have become on technology. This comes with benefits and blessings, as well as other not-so desirable consequences. I am certain this range varies for all of us.

One revelation/benefit that has arisen for me is the potentiality and ability to create a vast and potent web of sacred space. It had not occurred to me before how participating in a virtual circle can actually increase the amount of distance we can cover and sanctify the entire space between each member. Perhaps this image can give you a sense of what I mean:

This call to circle seems fitting for the upcoming New Moon on April 22. The New Moon signifies the end of a cycle and thus, the beginning of a new one, hence the name “new” moon. It is empty and dark and full of potentiality for Creation; It is a time to plants seeds and set intentions for the next mo(o)nth.

This circle will include ritual, intention setting, meditation, movement (slow, deep yin yoga), some sharing, and communal connection/upliftment.

- When: 7 pm MST/ 8 pm CST/ 9 pm EST on Wednesday, April 22. 

- Where: Zoom.

               After registering, you will receive an email on Sunday, April 19, with details about the circles and additional items you will need for the experience, such as props, etc…
