Join me for this one-hour introductory dive into yoga. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you can obtain benefits from this class. We will move mindfully and artfully though a series of poses, offering a chance for you to connect deeply with yourself and the way your body moves. This class is slower than most studio vinyasa classes, so as to provide the opportunity for you to absorb the effects of your movement and to really explore the edges of each pose. Linking breath to movement helps to unravel old patterns and make room for energy to flow freely, alleviating aches, pains, and tension. It relaxes the mind and nervous system, providing a healthy reset for the week.

This class is fun and challenging, but accessible to all skill levels. It provides specific instruction so you can build a strong and safe foundation for your practice.

what to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and any props you have (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters). But don't worry if you don't have these things! You can improvise with what you have at home.
